Our service technicians are available 7 days a week to ensure that any issues or breakdowns are resolved quickly and with minimum of fuss. In some instances, we are able to resolve the problem over the phone with little or no cost to our customers.

Preventative Maintenance

We believe that regular maintenance performed on a carwash will reduce the amount of downtime on your equipment. WashEquip offers a range of regular preventative maintenance schedules to support our customers’ needs.

Upgrades and Modifications

We can help improve the performance, and more importantly, the profitability of your wash equipment. Whether it be replacing old equipment or, modifying or upgrading current equipment, we have the solution for you.

Spare parts and chemical supply

We carry a variety of parts in our service vans and can repair most general faults on site. We also have access to specialised or replacement parts, as well as vending consumables and chemicals specifically designed for the car wash industry, and can arrange purchase, delivery and installation of the required products.

Additionally, in some instances, we offer the option of locally sourced parts as an alternative to OEM supplied parts, which not only cuts down on delivery times, but could also provide cost savings.

Training

WashEquip can provide training on a wide variety of equipment from many different manufacturers.  Training modules cover day to day operation of wash equipment as well as basic site maintenance of equipment.
