Additional rim protectionRim damages in the conveyor device are prevented through the use of plastic plates. Upstands integrated in the band serve for wheel safety and stable guidance, as these move with the wheel. -

On-demand push-on system for wash tunnels with customer corridorThe driver drives over the wheel correlator and stops the vehicle on the push-on band. Push-on succeeds following program selection on the remote control console. The push-on band runs and the wheel carrier pushes the right front wheel on until the left front wheel is located in the main band (double chain conveyor or plate conveyor). At this point, the vehicle is taken over and pulled on the main band. -
